ASPRS Student Chapter

Mission Statement

The mission of the Southwestern Virginia Chapter of the ASPRS is to advance the knowledge and improve the understanding of mapping sciences and to promote the responsible applications of photogrammetry, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and supporting technologies for the southwestern area of Virginia and for the faculty, staff, and students of Virginia Tech.
